The ring is quite smooth, but the ball-end...

The ring is quite smooth, but the ball-ends are too small at higher gauge. A 2mm increase will easily slip into the urethra. Threading is good.

3/5 As this item is technically functional as a PA but you'll likely be wearing it with 95% of the ring protruding from the piercing site.

Yes this means that you'll need to manually adjust it when romantic times occur. Not the most convenient for spontaneity and depending on your day might require a Saline solution to free up movement.

Bought this for my partner, everything is absolutely fantastic, quality, delivery, everything. But will need to buy one a bit smaller than my partner suggested as it's bloody massive (he gave me the wrong measurements) lol.
