Within seconds of ordering I tried to cancel the order, but the seller claimed they had already printed the label so they asked me kindly if they could still send the order with a free pair of tunnels included. I accepted their offer, but once I got them they were not the right size, eventhough the package said they were. After trying to get them in my ear for 30+ minutes I decided to measure them and they were 1 mm bigger than promised. When I told the seller, she said she would measure a correct pair and send them to me free of charge, but I never got them. 10/10 will never order here again.
