Terrible customer service. Their internally threaded balls didn't fit my jewellery eventhough I ordered the correct gauge. I emailed them saying that I had this problem, and they got back to me saying that apparently only fit their own jewelery because 'suppliers use different standars' and told me to send them a photo of my barbell. They said they had a disclaimer in the description of the product talking about this, and it is there now, but I don't remember seeing it when I bought it. I sent them a photo of the barbell I was using, and asked why they would market them as replacement pieces if this was the case, and they never got back to me. This was Sept 20th.
