Delivery was quick. Customer service brilliant but I've had two of these and they have both broken. The gems have fallen out on both occasions. When the first one broke she sent out a replacement free of charge but unfortunately that one broke as well.

I jewelry itself was fine. My only problem was the color I ordered was out of stock, so they reached out and asked me which color I'd want instead. After that shipping took a bit, but it happens.
